Shipping Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Toll Ipec. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Toll Ipec Orders are despatched within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 - 5 business days.

In the event that insurance is selected and you wish to make a claim, please notify Toll within 24 hours and call them on 1300 TOLL IPEC / 1300 86 55 47 and quote your consignment number. Replacement panels can be ordered from our manufactures if required and we keep stocks of replacement parts locally. You are free to make your own shipping arrangements.
